Job Details

Lockheed Martin Cyber Solutions is seeking qualified candidates to join the Defensive Cyber Realization Integration and Operational Support (DCRIOS) program. The DCRIOS program supports the 688th Cyberspace Wing mission. The 688th is the USAF's focal point for developing the Cyber Protection Team (CPT) component of USCYBERCOM's Cyber Mission Forces (CMF). The CPTs are responsible for supporting advanced mission assurance using defensive cyberspace operations capabilities in support of DoD assets. DCRIOS personnel will fill out the USAF CPTs in both operations and support roles conducting Defensive Cyber Operations and Cyber Vulnerability Assessments on United States Air Force (USAF) weapons and support systems in various stages of development.

The Systems Architect position will support all phases of the CPT mission to include Discovery and Counter Infiltration, Cyber Readiness, Cyber Support, Cyber Threat Emulation, and Mission Protection missions

Basic Qualifications
- Strong, hands on experience with UNIX/Linux or Windows operating systems/architecture
Knowledge of:
Circuit analysis; computer algorithms; computer networking fundamentals
Understanding of the following: critical protocols (e.g., IPSEC, AES, GRE, IKE, MD5, SHA, 3DES); cryptology; database systems; DoD Component-level IA architecture; DoD confidentiality, integrity, and availability requirements; DoD evaluation and validation requirements; electrical engineering as applied to computer architecture, including circuit boards, processors, chips, and associated computer hardware; embedded systems; existing IA security principles, policies, and procedures; fault tolerance; how system components are installed, integrated, and optimized; human-computer interaction principles; IA Certification and Accreditation process; IA or IA-enabled software products; Information Assurance principles and tenets (confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, non-repudiation); information theory; mathematics, including logarithms, trigonometry, linear algebra, calculus, and statistics; microprocessors; network access and authorization (e.g., public key infrastructure); network design processes, to include understanding of security objectives, operational objectives, and tradeoffs; network management principles, models, and tools; network security architecture, including the application of Defense-In-Depth principles; operating systems; OSI model and underlying networking protocols (e.g. TCP/IP); parallel and distributed computing concepts; risk management processes, including steps and methods for assessing risk; secure configuration management techniques; security management; security system design tools, methods, and techniques; software engineering; systems testing and evaluation methods; telecommunications concepts; the systems engineering process; various types of computer architectures

- Understand and be proficient in common cyber threat terminology, methodologies, possess basic understanding of cyber incident and response, and related current events
