This Lockheed Martin (LM) position is in the Enterprise Operations business area and Enterprise Business Services (EBS) business unit. This position is for an experienced information security professional with experience, knowledge and a complete understanding of computer and information systems threat.

This position will represent the Corporate Information Security (CIS) and Security Readiness Testing Red Team. The senior role will perform various aspects of incorporating and participating in cyber testing across a wide variety of platforms and technologies. The role is focused specifically on the application of security readiness assessing and penetration testing tactics, techniques, and procedures identifying security rigor, attack vectors, and effective remediation steps

Analytical and creative thinking as well as the ability to drive assignments to closure are required for this role. Collaboration and interaction with technical and senior level partners on significant business, technical and information security matters will deliver positive business results. The position entails regularly interacting with LM programs, LM Leadership, and the DoD on advancing the immersion of cyber testing into various LM platform solutions. The role includes creating and developing solid DoD relationship and participating in advancing LM Red Teams footprint into cyber testing of LM DoD fielded systems. The role will also support other enterprise wide initiatives and cyber testing activities. The responsibilities of this role has impact on LM’s environments and contracts within Lockheed Martin’s locations, business areas and business units

The Ideal candidate will have an extensive well-rounded technical background and demonstrated experience in specific technical areas that have a solid focus in the realm of penetration testing. This role requires rigorous application of analytical and problem solving skills in order to achieve successful performance results.

Preferred work location contains a major LM program such as in Aeronautics, Space, MFC, etc. Such sites as Orlando FL, Washington D.C, Valley Forge PA, Fort Worth Texas, Marietta GA, Sunnyvale CA or other major LM location/office/site

Basic Qualifications
- Extensive technical experience and solid understanding of operating systems, networking concepts, and development practices.
- Experience in cyber security practices, concepts, and approaches.
- Experience in system design, engineering, integration and/or architecture of platform based solutions (such as DoD aeronautics, weapon systems, space, etc
- Program level cyber security experience to include injecting penetration testing into program level deliverables, program cyber security assurance strategies, solutions, and supporting people, process, and technologies
- Familiarity with Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) activity; Offensive attack hacker mindset, and intrusion set tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) with the ability to emulate these TTP to assess vulnerability and risk
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills - proven problem solving and follow-thru.
- Excellent documentation and verbal communication skills in program/customer/DoD-facing roles, ability to foster new relationships, demonstrate diplomatic and networking finesse
- Demonstrated successful ability to multi-task and perform in an interrupt-driven, non-deterministic environment while working independently and as a team
- Demonstrated self-starter and team player with ability to quickly learn new concepts with guidance from senior team members and leadership
- Ability to foster new ideas/concepts and generate synergy with the team, positive, team and mission-oriented attitude, self-motivate when given strategic goals
- Ability to lead others and deliver results (brief senior leadership, customers, etc.)
- Final DoD Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain and retain SCI and program caveats
- Ability to travel (30%)

Desired skills
- Experience in exploiting web apps and web services security vulnerabilities including cross-site scripting, cross site request forgery, SQL injection, DoS attacks, XML, and API attacks, etc
- Solid experience with a broad range of operating systems specifically Linux and UNIX based
- Familiarity/exposure to embedded systems, communications technology, electronic warfare, anti-tampering, radio frequency, SDR, etc
- Familiarity/exposure to ICS, IoT, small hardware (teensy, Arduino, raspberry pi, etc)
- Incident Response – forensics and system/network integrity
- Password cracking, encryption and algorithm analysis, etc
- Application Analysis – Fuzzing, Reverse Engineering, Disassembling (IDA, OllyDbg)
- Proficiency in development of applications, custom tools, and solutions in various coding languages to include SQL, python, Django, perl, ruby, PHP, Java, etc
- Experience with security tools such as – Nmap, Metasploit, Kali Linux, Burp Suite Pro, etc., as well as other various testing tools
- Skills in open source data collection (OSINT) and acquisition such as investigating, researching, google hacking, etc
- Database experience – (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
- Certifications (CEH, CEPT, LPT, ECSA, Security+, GIAC {Web, wireless, forensics, mobile, exploit researcher})
