Here at Lockheed Martin's RMS business in Akron, OH, we are working on many exciting programs and developing advanced products to meet the complex needs of our customers. We are looking for a motivated, hard-working, and detailed-oriented Configuration Analyst Sr. to work a large variety of configuration and data management tasks.

The selected candidate will perform all facets of hardware and software configuration management (CM) for various lighter-than-air programs. Typical duties include the following activities:

- Lead configuration and data management activities. Includes leading and mentoring other CM and data management (DM) personnel
- Develop, publish, and maintain a Configuration Data Management Plan (CDMP) tailored to specific Program needs and requirements
- Ensure configuration control activities are implemented on the program. Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings are conducted on the program
- Maintain the controlled technical data package (TDP)
- Process and track Engineering Service Requests (ESRs) and Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)
- Review and provide comments for engineering releases and verify that all comments have been incorporated correctly
- Monitor all release activity after CCB approval, release, and distribution processing
- Generate engineering releases in EPDM to process documents
- Conduct audits to ensure appropriate CM procedures are implemented
- Maintain program access control for CM systems and tools
- Prepare and update work instructions
- Provide CM and DM estimates to proposal and capture efforts
- Act as site point of contact for EPDM and SharePoint
- Ensure all software CM requirements are being met
- Ensure DM activities are implemented. CDRLs/SDRLs and status and reporting requirements are met

Basic Qualifications
- Prior CM and DM experience
- Excellent organizational and planning skills with a strong attention to detail
- Experience with Windchill Enterprise Product Data Management (EPDM)
- Experience with SharePoint
- Experience with Jira
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic major program environment
- Detail-oriented with an ability to manage priorities for multiple tasks
- Proven ability to work within multi-disciplinary and multi-location teams
- Must have ability to obtain Secret clearance, required for position

Desired skills
- BS/BA from an accredited college in a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education
- Proposal and basis of estimate experience
- Experience with agile methodologies
