Come join the MITRE team in Colorado Springs, CO.  We are seeking motivated candidates that want to provide engineering support to various P430 programs when they are not hiking, skiing, bicycling, or running in the beautiful Colorado Outdoors.


Key Functions:


As part of a multi-disciplinary team, support the design, development, and integration of complex systems. Contribute to systems engineering and integration activities, research and development, studies, and analysis efforts in support of government sponsors.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Computer, or Systems Engineering or related field. Understanding of analog and digital communications systems and fundamental principles. Experience with commercial or military satellite communications systems, waveforms, and equipment. Must possess good written/oral communication skills. Eligible to obtain a DoD Top Secret security clearance.


Preferred Qualifications:


Experience with operating or maintaining satellite communications systems. Familiarity and experience with general purpose programming languages such as C/C++ and Java. Experience with embedded systems. Experience with designing or implementing software defined radio communication systems.
