This position, called the Collaboration Operations Relief/Trainer, is on the Double Eagle II program. It is part of a Collaboration Cell that supports the intelligence community (IC) and the warfighter (DOD) by assisting users in requesting the appropriate products to accomplish their missions, receiving the most accurate and up-to-date geospatial intelligence products and services. The Collaboration Cell establishes a collaborative relationship between intelligence users, the site’s product and service providers and other enterprise team members. Personnel monitor multi-level chat rooms and user group traffic, translate intelligence needs to the site’s available products and services, connect users and new customers to service providers and identify/craft potential solutions to end user intelligence issues. The successful candidate for this position will serve as shift relief for the 24/7 team and as primary trainer. The CO Trainer/Relief will develop and implement training documents and assist with knowledge capture and management. Candidates must have experience with collaborative tools and understand their current use and capabilities. Candidates should also be familiar with military needs, scenarios typically encountered and language used in the field; familiar with the military chain of command. Ideally, candidates will have demonstrated initiative in identifying and learning new systems and tools and determining value for incorporation into team’s daily operational workflow. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

Basic Qualifications
• Multi-INT discipline knowledge with background in at least one discipline (GEOINT, IMINT, SIGINT, etc.)
• Candidate must be able to work a rotating shift schedule. Shifts staffed 24/7, 365 days a year
• Current TS/SCI security clearance
• Candidate must be willing to travel occasionally (up to 10%)
• Strong multi-tasking abilities and ability to meet time critical needs/demands with close attention to detail
• The ability to work closely with other professionals and the customer community
• Strong and effective communication, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive professional with initiative and ability to identify needs from a scenario, not just act upon a request
• Ability to perform in a time critical, dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities
• Ability to work effectively with people as part of a multidisciplinary, multi-contractor team
• Ability to function effectively in a rapidly changing environment with minimal supervision is necessary

Desired skills
• Bachelor’s degree with 9 years of relevant experience. Equivalent military intelligence experience/combined education will be considered in lieu of a degree
• Customer interface experience
• GIS experience
• Aerial Photography or Satellite Imagery recognition experience
• Recent Military or Intelligence Community operational experience
• Familiarity with intelligence research methods and tools
