Lockheed Martin is seeking a Chemical Engineer for a position in Camden, AR who will be responsible for the concept, design, and documentation of chemical processes and equipment required to manufacture the product in accordance with design engineering requirements. Duties include:

Development of tooling and equipment designs to support production operations specifically related to the application of different types of coatings on the product.

Becoming the subject matter expert on all chemicals that are used to produce the product and teach the proper application processes to various production teams.

Investigate new ways to accomplish the same requirements while saving money and still maintaining the same level of quality

Relocation: Relocation assistance is possible for this exciting position.
The Locale: Camden is a city in southern Arkansas. Camden is located on the Ouachita River, at the end of the navigable river. Camden is about a two hour drive south from Littlerock, AR. Camden is part of the Timberlands region of Arkansas. Timber, Oil, Deer Hunting, Bass fishing... These are words commonly used when people talk about the Timberlands of Arkansas. It's a region with rich natural resources that was discovered by pioneers from the eastern United States in the early 1800s. The abundant natural resources of the Timberlands are still attracting people today. Communities within an hour or two from Camden include Texarkana, Hot Springs AR, and Shreveport, LA

Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering or related discipline

Proficient with MS Office suite

Ability to Obtain a Secret Security Clearance so must be a US Citizen

Desired skills
Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Aerospace Engineering degree preferred

Knowledgeable of general manufacturing processes

Knowledgeable of engineering materials

Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings

Knowledgeable of Lockheed Martin business practices including SAP
