The Electrical Engineering Department at New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology (New Mexico Tech) invites applications for a tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level. Desired start date is August of 2018. The department seeks applicants who will have earned a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, or closely related field, by the time of appointment.

 

New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology is located in Socorro, NM, approximately 75 miles south of Albuquerque. Proximity to Sandia National Laboratories, Kirtland Air Force Base, Los Alamos National Laboratory among others provide a unique environment for collaborations and research. The Electrical Engineering Department offers B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. programs.
