The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of New Hampshire invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the assistant professor level. The successful candidate will be expected to contribute research expertise in computer engineering. Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in embedded computing, with applications related, but not limited to, biomedical engineering, wearable electronics and sensors, human-computer interaction, and the internet-of-things. In addition to the research activities, the successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the teaching of computer engineering courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Acceptable Minimum Qualifications

Candidates with outstanding credentials and demonstrated expertise in areas that complement the research efforts of the UNH ECE faculty will be considered. A Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent degree, is required. Preference will be given to candidates who have demonstrated the ability to teach a variety of ECE courses including laboratories. A commitment to sustaining and advancing the goals of the institution's diversity of students, faculty, and staff is required.
