Hanover College is pleased to invite applications for a full-time tenure-track assistant or associate professor position in electrical and computer engineering beginning June 1, 2018.

 

A Ph.D. in Electrical or Computer Engineering by the time of appointment is required. The successful candidate will

  • Teach a full range of undergraduate courses in electrical and computer engineering during a two-year cycle: Electronic Circuits and Design, Linear Systems and Signals, Digital Systems, Semiconductor Electronics, VLSI Design or Embedded Microcomputer Systems, Computer Systems Architecture, Mobile Robotics, Signal Processing, Engineering Electromagnetics, and Communication Systems.
  • Set up course labs during the summer of 2018 and beyond.
  • Develop a research program that involves undergraduate students.
  • Advise and mentor engineering students.
  • Participate in departmental and campus-wide initiatives and efforts.

Review of applications will begin on November 20, 2017 and will continue until the position is filled.
