Assistant or Associate Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science – Electrical Engineering Division

The Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Northwestern University invites applications for an open tenure-track position in the Electrical Engineering Division at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. We seek outstanding applicants in all areas of Electrical Engineering, but priority will be given to applicants with path-breaking research interests that have the potential to transform both Electrical Engineering and other disciplines. Specific interests may include, but are not limited to: novel devices, systems, functional electronic materials, and novel platforms beyond silicon such as 2D materials. Possible relevant applications may include sensing, cyber-physical systems, quantum computing, and sustainable energy. However, candidates in all areas of Electrical Engineering will be seriously considered.
