The Department of Computer Science at the University of Central Arkansas is seeking exceptional candidates for two tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professor positions, one in Computer Engineering and the other in Cybersecurity, both beginning in August 2018. Currently, the department has 12 full-time faculty members and offers an ABET accredited BS program in Computer Science and an MS program in Applied Computing.

Each position requires a doctorate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cyber security or a related discipline. For the Computer Engineering position, all areas of Computer Engineering will be considered; whereas for the Cybersecurity, Only candidates with expertise in Cybersecurity will be considered. Duties include teaching the undergraduate and graduate levels, research, and professional service.
