Reporting to the Vice President Engineering & Technology, the Air Mobility & Maritime Missions (AMMM) Engineering Integrator will provide leadership, technical oversight, execution direction, and both cost and schedule performance of the AMMM Engineering and Technical Operations Team

Responsibilities include positive contract execution, including technical, budget and schedule, on all C-130, C-5 and P-3/S-3 programs. This position ensures the development of timely and valid quotes for all ECPs and Proposals. Provides direct support to Business Development, Business Ventures and ADP I&D in the pursuit and capture of new business and the execution of IRAD projects. Ensures the support and execution of all customer production, modification and sustainment contracts.

Responsible for direct support to AMMM Production Operations, Supply Chain Management and Enterprise Sustainment to ensure on time delivery of all production and modification aircraft, and other deliverables.

The AMMM Engineering disciplines reporting to this position include: Mission Systems and Software, Air Vehicle Systems including Propulsion, Flight Controls, Mechanical and Fluid Systems, Airframe Design, Structural Integrity, Systems Engineering, Reliability & Maintainability, Diagnostics Systems, Configuration Management, Data Management and Test & Evaluation.

The successful Integrator is one that will demonstrate and expand the organization’s culture of accountability, provide continuous coaching and learning, and communicate with intent in order to build/sustain high levels of team performance and deliver the desired results

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years team management/leadership experience
• Demonstrated team integration experience
• Proven experience integrating across multiple engineering disciplines in order to develop cohesive technical solutions
• Demonstrated integration experience in providing engineering support to other functions (i.e. Prod Operations, Sustainment Operations and Supply Chain Management), also integration with Program Management
• Financial experience for engineering teams
• Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)

Desired skills
• Solid knowledge and understanding of the AMMM Platforms - C-130, P-3 and S-3, including the LM-100J commercial freighter
• Track record of developing successful relations
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to present and communicate at strategic executive level
• Leadership and facilitator of Culture of Accountability
• Bias for immediate action
• Strong oral and written communication to include effective listening skills – must clearly articulate business strategies at various levels
