Job Details

This position will be responsible for the successful determination of the F-35 airframe service life for all variants and customers. The manager of this team will also be responsible for the support of all continuing durability tests and related activities, including the interpretation of the test results and integration of those results into the final design analysis. The successful candidate will manage all personnel, budget, schedule, and technical responsibilities commensurate with this position. Close coordination with the Force Life Management team will be required to ensure timely product handoffs
Security Clearance ** Needed
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access

Basic Qualifications
Experience working within service life analysis methods and procedures.
Experienced in assessing and integrating full scale durability test results.
Experience working with Earned value
Experience working with ASIP practices and products, including MIL-STD-1530 required.
Bachelors degree required with 10 years of professional work experience
Experience working across multiple teams, organizations, and sites
Experience working with Microsoft office

Desired skills
Previous leadership experience preferred. Familiarity with existing LMAero service life analysis tools, including IMAT desirable. Previous experience with USAF, NAVAIR customer also preferred
Good communication, both written and oral, necessary
Technical writing for the preparation of plans, briefings, and reports
